Scale your firm in 90-day cycles.

Build the sales engine, cash discipline and processes for the next stage of growth. Agree the numbers, put the work into use and set the next 90 days.

For owner-led service businesses that need stronger sales, better financial visibility and more consistent delivery. The programme connects these areas so that improvements in one support the others.

Growth, financial performance
and the way the business runs.

A sales decision affects delivery and cash. A new system changes how people work. We look at those connections before agreeing the changes.

01

Commercial growth

Customer focus, pricing, sales follow-up, websites and marketing. Understand which work is worth winning and how to win more of it.

02

Cash flow & profitability

Margin by service or contract, invoicing, payment collection and a rolling cash forecast. Check whether growth improves the business financially.

03

Operations & management

Clear responsibilities, delivery processes, capacity and useful measures. Put the agreed changes into daily use with your team.

04

Systems & automation

Overnhill holds the client, project, people and financial records underneath the growth. Named owners run the processes and approve client-facing AI actions.

The core outputs

  • A combined review of customer focus, sales activity, margins, cash, delivery and systems.
  • A financial baseline, a 13-week cash forecast and a one-page performance pack using agreed data and assumptions.
  • A prioritised action plan with named owners, dates and success measures.
  • Two agreed process improvements, with testing, team guidance and handover.
  • A closing review of progress and the management routine for the next quarter.

What the implementation can cover

Choose two bounded workstreams during the initial review: sales follow-up, invoicing and payment collection, contract pricing and margin review, a delivery handover, or one routine automation. Each has a written scope, a named owner and an acceptance check.

Scope and information

The core programme covers one legal entity, up to five principal service or contract groups, and the two agreed workflows, with Overnhill installed underneath. We need current accounts, an aged receivables report, expected receipts and payments, and access to the people who run the processes.

Bookkeeping catch-up, tax advice, statutory accounts, payroll, complex integrations and a full website or system replacement are separate work. We confirm suitability, specialist input and any additional scope before you commit.

How progress is judged

We agree a small set of measures: for example, qualified opportunities, conversion, contract margin, payment days, overdue invoices and delivery time. We explain the effect of sales growth and changes in assumptions. There is no promised financial uplift.

After the programme

Review the numbers and set the next 90 days. Overnhill stays in place when the programme ends.

How much is waiting
in unpaid invoices?

Growth can increase the money tied up between invoicing and payment. Use two figures to estimate that balance and explore what faster collection could change.

Try the payment calculator
Payment timing, alongside profitability
  1. 01Work delivered
  2. 02Invoice issued
  3. 03Customer pays

The calculator estimates unpaid invoices. Your cash forecast also needs costs, balances and payment dates.
